Recital Basics
Show Dates
Recital will be held on Saturday, June 16th, 2012 and Sunday, June 17th, 2012.
Location
The recital will be at
Osbourn Park High School
in Manassas, VA.
(NOT Osbourn High School, also in Manassas).
Performance Days and Times
While every attempt will be made to keep children with one or two dances and families with more than one dancer to one Recital day, it is not always possible to do so. You can find your dancer's performance day and time here: Combo Classes – Level Classes

Pictures
During the week prior to recital (June 8 - June 14), we hold dress rehearsal at the studio, and we offer the option of having your child professionally photographed in his/her recital costume. All students should attend this rehearsal whether or not you plan on having your child photographed. Regular classes are not held this week. Instead, each class will come on the same weekday as usual, but at a different time. Refer to the Recital Picture Schedule to find your class photo and rehearsal time.
Preserve The Moment
During their scheduled time, each student will practice their dances and have their picture taken. Individual pictures are also taken at this time. Purchasing pictures is completely optional, and all students are invited for a class group shot that will be displayed proudly in our lobby. Please use the form below to select your order.

Videos
Don't miss this opportunity to relive the Recital Magic! Our families are offered the option of purchasing a professional video of our recital. Please use the order form below to reserve your copy today. DVDs are $31.50 for the first DVD ordered and $21 for each additional DVD. Each show is on its own DVD.

Recital DVDs are a fantastic way for students to share their recital memories with out of town grandparents and family.

The Dance Shoppe will once again be offering pre-ordered recital gift bags for your special dancer on her big day. These pre-assembled gift bags are a convenient way for parents, grandparents, or friends to say congratulations for a job well done. Choose from our two themed bags below. The bag includes a tiara, gloves, make up pallette, greeting card and gift bag.

Tickets
Recital tickets forms were handed out in class the week of Monday, April 16th. If you misplaced your form you may download and print a new form with the link below. Tickets can be picked up starting June 1st.

Costumes
Costumes will be handed out in class begining June 1st. Parents should be prepared to attend class with their child, for the first 15 minutes, to recieve important costume and recital information. Be sure all account balances are take care of to avoid possible delay in costume ditribution.

All students are required to wear the following tights for pictures and recital:
